  • Account Manager

    San Francisco

    India Boulevard is a curated marketplace that connects people with a suite of designers in India – all from the comfort of their homes! We work with your style preferences, customizations, timeline, budget, and more to create a personalized and fun experience. Our mission is to make designer wear accessible to everyone everywhere: inspired by you, designed by us.

    Our growing sales team is looking for a hungry and creative Account Manager to join the team. Ideal candidates possess 1-2 years of successful sales experience (via both phone and web platforms) and are excited to join a start-up that’s customer-focused in the fashion space.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing inbound inquiries and handling lead management to learn more about the customer profile, nurture the relationship, and close the sale
    • Working cross-functionally with other Sales team members and assessing best practices to reach sales goals
    • Assure that customer experience is positive and professional
    • Contributing to weekly team huddles about status updates, new ideas, and more – there’s no right or wrong when collaborating with our Sales team
    • Take on more responsibility as needed – you’d be one of our first SDR’s!

    Candidates must possess the following:

    • BA/BS Degree
    • Prior successful sales development or lead conversion experience
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and take ownership and direction of work as needed
    • Exceptionally strong communication skills (both written and verbal) – and not only are you a great communicator, but you ENJOY communicating and engaging with customers
    • Creative thought process and awareness of any gaps that could be fixed – you’ll be in a role that’ll allow to shape the future of our sales team
    • Willingness to learn quickly, work hard, and achieve goals set by the team 
    • Ability to think on their feet and positive attitude
    • Comfort with ambiguity
    • Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Team player with an all-hands on deck mentality
    • Curiosity and interest in e-commerce and fashion

    Preferred, but not required:

    • Experience using Intercom, Dashboard, and/or Pipedrive (or related platforms)

  • Sales Development Intern

    San Francisco

Our mission is to make designer wear accessible to everyone everywhere: inspired by you, designed by us.

    Our growing sales team is looking for a hungry and creative Sales Development Intern to join the team. Ideal candidates are current university students or new grads with past customer service/sales experience. This role’s needs are needed during weekend hours and/or weeknights and will allow for working remotely. You would be trained in our SF office initially, and then given the ability to work remotely afterwards. This role has potential to develop into a full-time position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engaging with customers via phone and internet platforms – you’ll typically be the first point of contact
    • Understanding customer’s needs and questions about our platform, outfits, custom designs, etc. in order to “qualify” them as a lead
    • Gathering relevant customer information, pipeline data entry, and passing on leads to Sales Representative on the team
    • Following up with past customers to try to re-engage, understand how their experience was, and get any feedback we can use to improve going forward
    • Assure that customer experience is positive and professional
    • Contributing to weekly team huddles about status updates, new ideas, and more – there’s no right or wrong when collaborating with our Sales team!

    Candidates must possess the following:

    • Prior customer service experience and/or sales experience and strong interest in enhancing their sales skills in an environment that allows for many responsibilities and opportunities
