IndiaBoulevard is a fashion tech company that delivers cultural couture to your doorstep. Our marketplace connects customers from all over the world with designers; to create custom made outfits.

We are a seed stage venture backed startup based in the heart of the Silicon Valley Bay Area. We’re less than a year old and are growing at 50% MoM – both in customers, and revenue. IndiaBoulevard currently serves customers in over 25+ cities, across 8 countries with a growing base of designers on our platform.

We're looking for 3 - 4 bright, self-motivated people comfortable with taking creative direction and are interested in working for a hands-on, dynamic fashion tech company.

In this role, you will work directly with the leadership team to help grow our community by curating partnerships / brand ambassadors and helping coordinate our digital marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity in the high-tech space for motivated and flexible people who demonstrate good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

The is a paid part time employment opportunity located in San Francisco and available immediately.

About the Role:

Our customer success team is dedicated to creating an exceptional, custom experience for our clients. We strive to ensure that our overall service offering is the best that it can possibly be. We pride ourselves on creating a fun, collaborative environment where we solve problems together.

As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be responsible for crafting personal responses to all customers in a timely manner. You’ll serve as a direct liaison between IndiaBoulevard and the customer. Communication is done with customers primarily by our in-house live chat, email, other possible channels include phone.

As an Associate, you’ll be collaborating with the rest of our team to continually improve on the customer experience. This role is central to IndiaBoulevard’s mission.

About You:

  • Love and knowledge of the fashion, e-commerce and digital space.
  • Excited about providing a custom experience for our customers.
  • Ready to become a subject matter expert on all things IndiaBoulevard so you’re able to better assist our customers.
  • Obsessed with being efficient so you can manage multiple concurrent interactions.
  • Not afraid of a challenge. You’re the key to identifying ways to improve our customer experience.
  • Must be local. We want to collaborate in person!
